It was an utter delight to edit this short pilot. Working with Carissa Kosta and Jess Mosly was a dream. It’s a great short, which I hope will become a series one day.

The challenge on this project was that there were so many hilarious moments in the dailies, so many different versions of scenes, it was really about trying everything and discovering which bits were funniest and most affecting in the end.

Johnny Pemberton (You’re The Worst, Ant Man, 21 Jump Street) is such a talented actor whose improv was cracking us all up in the cutting room, not to mention his costars, Natalie Palamides (Freaks of Nature, The Powerpuff Girls), Beth Stelling (Good Boys, Crashing), Carissa Kosta (Grey’s Anatomy, Mr. Woodcock) and Carlos Santos (Last Man On Earth, Gentefied).
